All reported items will be taken seriously and investigated by the IACUC committee. Investigations will be conducted carefully and reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of the person reporting the potential violation will be taken. No individual shall be harassed, retaliated against, discriminated against, or otherwise be subject to any reprisal of any kind for good faith reporting of actual or potential violations of applicable laws, regulations or standards.
